The J1 League is the top division of the Japan Professional Football League and the top professional association football J-League in Japan. Likewise, it is one of the most successful leagues in Asian club football. Currently, the J1 League is the first level of the Japanese association football league system. It should be noted that only Ken Wakashimazu had a pro-team contract in BWY, since all other players agreed to not apply to any team before succeeding in the U-20 World Youth Tournament.
Ryo Ishizaki (石崎 了, Ishizaki Ryo) is a major character in the Captain Tsubasa manga series. For Japan, he usually wears the "14" or "4" number jerseys. Despite not having a special shot or dribble skills, his extra efforts on-field are compared to those Matsuyama's in terms of teamwork and strategy sense gained due to pure training. In Nankatsu Public, Ishizaki progressed much and became the captain of the football team. During the Madrid Olympics tournament, Ishizaki's overlaps are even more decisive, his individual technique improved to the point he can dodge and outsmart opponents, he helped in scoring important goals, even an assist is credited to him.
Hanji Urabe (浦辺 反次, Urabe Hanji) is a defensive midfielder and defender who was part of U-22 Japan and Jubilo Iwata in the J1 League. He wears the number "24" for Japan Youth. In Road to 2002, Urabe joined Jubilo Iwata with Ishizaki both as defenders, and a bit envious at the beginning of Misaki's shining appearance in the same team
Taro Misaki (岬 太郎, Misaki Taro) is a major character in the Captain Tsubasa series. He even had some borderline protagonist moments, in Boku wa Misaki Taro and the Golden-23 manga. Misaki's objective was to join the French league, but he wanted to polish his abilities in the J-League first, by joining Jubilo Iwata. Training among the regulars as soon as he joined, he played his debut match along with Ishizaki and Urabe, against the Urawa Reds, and more precisely Sawada, as well as Hayato Igawa, who has an impressive football career.
Hayato Igawa (井川 勇人, Igawa Hayato) is an overage player from Japan, currently playing for Urawa Red Diamonds. He wears the number "38" jersey. He is considered the most capped Japanese player and Libero in Asia. He has being among J1 League's best eleven for 5 times and J1 League Most Valuable Player (MVP). He is famous for being considered the MVP of Asia.
Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo (北海道コンサドーレ札幌 Hokkaidō Konsadōre Sapporo) is a Japanese association football club playing in J1 League. Its hometown is Hokkaido prefecture. The club name of "Consadole" is made from consado, a reverse of the Japanese word Dosanko (道産子, meaning "people of Hokkaido") and the Spanish expression "Ole".
Hikaru Matsuyama (松山 光, Matsuyama Hikaru) is a major character in Captain Tsubasa. He is a main defender for Japan and wears the number "12" jersey. When he captained the Furano, he wore the number "10". Matsuyama became a pro by joining Consadole Sapporo. In a match against Jun Misugi's FC Tokyo, Matsuyama admitted that Misugi is indeed a genius. The match ended up being a tie, 1:1, though owing to the advantages Consadole Sapporo had being the home team.
Jun Misugi (三杉淳, Misugi Jun) is a major character in Captain Tsubasa who is known to be the sweeper or "libero" of Japan. Misugi joined Bellmare Hiratsuka, but later transfered to FC Tokyo, a J-League division 1 club. An all-round player, he was used by the team as a right midfielder. In a match against Consadole Sapporo led by Matsuyama, which ended in a tie, Misugi expressed his admiration at Matsuyama's shooting power, and the two renewed their friendly rivalry.
Kashima Antlers (鹿島アントラーズ Kashima Antorāzu) is a professional club that plays in the J1 League. Antlers is derived from the city name, Kashima, which literally means "deer island". Kashima has being a recent J1 League Champion, and is also one of only two teams to have competed in Japan's top flight of professional football every year since its inception (the other being Yokohama F. Marinos).
Pepe (ペペ) is a Brazilian player who plays as forward. Pepe joins Kashima Antlers, a club in J-League, along with Leo. During Antlers' match against Vissel Kobe in the J-League, the opponent Vissel scores first thanks to Kazuki Sorimachi and Kazuyoshi Miura. However, Antlers reverse the situation, with the 3 goals of Pepe, Leo and Atsushi Yanagisawa. Despite Vissel's effort to catch up, Antlers still manages to win with a score of 4-2.
Luciano Leo (ルシアーノ・レオ, rushiāno reo), commonly known as Leo (レオ), is a Brazilian midfielder and a great combi player with Carlos Santana and Pepe. Leo and Pepe go to Japan and join the Kashima Antlers in the J-League.
Mitsuri Sano. Thanks to his small frame and nimbleness, Sano has an efficient dribble, combined with good ball keeping skills. His ball keeping ability can only be edged by Matsuyama. He later improved his dribbling skills by adding various futsal techniques, learned from the futsal combi, Furukawa and Kazami.
Hiroshi Jito (次藤 洋, Jito Hiroshi) is a huge Defender of Japan. For Japan, he wears the number "5" jersey". Jito was originally someone who liked to fight hand to hand, engaging into gang fights, seeking to face stronger opponents, getting fired up if his opponents prove their worth. However, he gets bored easily when said opponents becomes weakened, which can become a flaw since he lets his guard down
Shun Nitta (新田 瞬, Nitta Shun) is Japan's current second choice forward after Kojiro Hyuga and is a regular starting member of the team. He is one year younger than the rest of the Golden Generation.Having joined Kashiwa Reysol, Nitta is facing Nagoya Grampus Eight where Wakashimazu is playing. In his first confrontation with Ken, Nitta displays his Wakadoryu Sho Jodan Geri (Wakado Style Super High Kick) as well as revealing his ambition to be Hyuga's two top partner for Japan in the 2002 World Cup. During the game, the Nagoya defenders note Nitta's improved sharpness, compared to the first part of the season, and the difficulty of marking him. Despite this, Nitta can't score against Wakashimazu and his team loses 1-0.
Yuzo Morisaki (森崎 有三, Morizaki Yuzo) is the third goalkeeper of Japan in the series, as the substitute of both Wakabayashi and Wakashimazu. For Japan, he wears the number "21" jersey. Morisaki became a pro by joining the Shimizu S-Pulse alongside Takeshi Kishida.
Takeshi Kishida (浦辺 反次, Kishida Takeshi) is a full-back defender and defensive midfielder who was part of U-22 Japan and Shimizu S-Pulse in the J1 League. He wears the number "24" for Japan Youth. Kishida joined the Shimizu S-Pulse in the J-League together with Morisaki, and seemed to be a regular.
Mamoru Izawa (井沢 守, Izawa Mamoru) is a wide midfielder playing for Japan, part of Japan's Golden Age, and substitute of Japan national team in several youth categories and regular midfielder for Nankatsu in Elementary, Middle School and High School categories. For Japan, he usually wears the number "8" jersey.
Yokohama Flugels (横浜フリューゲルス, yokohama furyūgerusu) was a Japanese football club that played in the J. League between 1993 and 1998. For a time it was billed as AS Flügels, with the initials of both sponsors, ANA and Sato Labs, forming an initialism that resembled the Italian and French initials for "Sporting Association" (Associazione Sportiva and Association Sportive). In 1999, the club was officially merged with Yokohama Marinos to form Yokohama F. Marinos. However, many Flügels fans refused to support the new Marinos, as they felt that their club had essentially been dissolved rather than merged with, thus rejected the suggestion that they should start supporting Marinos - who had been their crosstown rivals
Ken Wakashimazu (EX) Winning the tournament three times in a row with Toho Academy high school and his captain Hyuga, after the test matches against Holland Youth, Wakashimazu, like most of the other Japanese, wanted to focus on the Japanese Youth team. However, after a quarrel with coach Mikami about the regular goal keeper position (refusing to yield his position to Wakabayashi simply based on his playing professionally in the Bundesliga), he changed his mind and left the team, joining the J-league, in the Yokohama Flugels team. Progressing individually in the J-league, he still showed worries over Japan Youth, and even wanted to play during a pinch, before seeing Wakabayashi on the field.
Shingo Takasugi (高杉 真吾, Takasugi Shingo) is a huge Defender of Japan. Takasugi is a giant defender, who is part of the Shutetsu quartet and Nankatsu, and has being one of Nankatsu's main defensive in the tournaments. He first wears the number "6" jersey, then the "14" or "27" jerseys, depending on the Japanese selection team he's chosen to play for. He currently plays for Sanfrecce Hiroshima. He is regularly selected in most teams representing Japan.
The Tachibana Twins (立花 兄弟, Tachibana Kyodai), Masao Tachibana (立花 政夫, Tachibana Masao) and Kazuo Tachibana (立花 和夫, Tachibana Kazuo), are two twin brothers who play for Japan. They come from the Akita prefecture. The Tachibanas are a duo specialized in acrobatic play and speed play. During grade school, although the Tachibanas' positions were forwards, they primarily serve as attacking midfielders for the Japan selection team. Their Skylab techniques are excellent acrobatic skills, however, they also increases the burden or risk of getting injured, thus the chance to play is not stable. They wear the numbers "9" and "10" for their grade school years, the numbers "2" and "3" for Japan, and the numbers "40" and "41" for the J-League.
Takashi Sugimoto (杉本 高史, Sugimoto Takashi) is a wide midfielder of Real Japan 11 and Gamba Osaka. He wears the number "0" jersey for Osaka. He calls himself the "Swindler of the Field", since his playstyle is tricking the opponent on the field.When he first appeared, he was using the false name Koji Yoshikawa (吉川 晃司) and speaking in Tokyo dialect. After losing to the 7 excluded members of All Japan, he revealed his real name and used Kansai dialect. He was among the members participating in the training camp for the World Youth, but was not chosen in the end.
Makoto Soda (早田 誠, Soda Makoto) is a fierce offensive defender from Japan. He comes from the Osaka prefecture. He wears the number "7" jersey. Makoto Soda is indeed a fearsome defender which as much as a raw and violent physical power as Hyuga, using his skills in order to injure people with tackles without the referee's knowledge, if necessary. He is quite fast and he tends to put effects on his balls when he passes or shoots.

50 Years Ago is a monthly/semi-monthly article series that discusses notable anime from 50 years in the past, roughly aligned with the current month. With this series, I hope to expose classic old anime to younger viewers and give some light education about the early age of anime. For previous 50YA articles, try this search criteria.
50 Years Ago This Month
Hello and hurray! We're finally out of the '60s! Welcome to the fabulous 1970s! What does that mean? Well, if we want to throw some arbitrary labels and trends onto decades perhaps we could say that the 1960s were foundational, while the 1970s is now primed to refine and intensify the groundwork set in the past ten years. The general format of anime and the way audiences consume it isn't about to change, but everything is going to get bigger. We started the 1960s with a modestly-sized Toei animation studio focused solely on films, filled with inexperienced trainees shepherded by a few remaining veterans from eras prior. As we leave the 1960s, those trainees have grown into an enormous cadre of experienced creators, many of whom are already departing the now-enormous "Toei University" to create their own smaller studios and forge their own path. Mushi, too, will soon experience its own diaspora of talent. With more creative freedom spread across a larger of pool of talented professionals than ever before, the aesthetics, narratives, and themes of days gone by will be reimagined and reinterpreted in tons of new ways, while the commonality of their early experiences and influences will standardize certain common visual aesthetics and techniques across the industry. Televised anime has transformed across the '60s from commercials to shorts like Instant History, then to the first few half-hour series, and finished the decade as the established norm for anime. Dozens of weekly series now compete for the best time slots, especially for children and "whole family" markets but also with burgeoning adult- and teen-specific efforts. Television will continue to dominate the animate industry throughout the 1970s and the competition over the television space will heat up further. Savvy producers and advertisers, seeing the toys made after certain 1960s shows grew popular, are already wondering how they can transform that into a far bigger, more integrated business model, and their initial success will lead to an enormous wave of toy-driven series competing for children's favour and their parents' wallets. Other formats will suffer from the domination of traditionally-animated television series, however - animated theatrical films will decline, stop-motion animation will struggle to hold whatever miniscule ground it currently has, and puppet television will all but disappear entirely. Genres-wise, the early- and mid-60s was spent mostly establishing and (perhaps conservatively) holding to what we might now consider the classic genres: folk tales, famous literature, gag comedies, Edo-period historical fictions, sci-fi, tokusatsu-esque action-hero series, and the like. The late '60s, however, also offered the debut of several others such as martial arts anime, team sports anime, magical girls, and racing. These genres are all here to stay, and over the next decade we'll see each of them be repeated, re-examined, refined, and perhaps even revolutionized. Audiences, meanwhile, have gradually grown in awareness and enjoyment of anime across the 1960s. Not only are domestic anime audiences now larger and more diverse, but there is also a growing new niche of teenage and young-adult fans - those who adored the likes of Astro Boy and Princess Knight as children in the last decade, now grown, and wanting a new style of entertainment that fits their older taste. More passionate about the industry and history than older generations, and with more disposable income than the children of the '70s, this new youth and young-adult audience will form the first of the diehard anime fans and the birth of anime's part of the otaku movement. By the mid-70s, a baffled Noboru Ishiguro will be giving away old animation cels to teenagers that traveled to Tokyo just to visit the animation studio where their favourite show is produced... by the end of the decade some producers will have wised up and started selling them to their obsessive fanbases. Improvements in the technology used to create anime will continue to push forwards, of course. The 77th episode of Moretsu Ataro, the last black and white anime episode ever to be made (discounting all the ones intentionally made later on in black and white for retro-aesthetic purposes, of course), will air later this year. Most major studios have adopted the xerography process and within a couple years it will be the norm across the entire industry. New innovations like transmitted light filming and techniques for airbrushing effects onto cels will be happening soon. Most importantly, the 1970s seems to be the decade with the most deep, soulful, male baritone-lead themesongs. (OK, that'snotimportantatall, I justreallylikethem.) Of course, attaching specific trends and significance to the times before and after the arbitrary rollover of a calender digit is about as accurate as a blind giraffe tripping over a sniper rifle. The biggest exoduses from Toei and Mushi Productions won't happen until late 1971 and 1972. Mazinger Z won't air until 1972, and the rise of mecha will be slow at first. Lupin III's lukewarm reception belies the supposed growing demand for more adult-oriented anime. Betamax and VHS will be introduced in Japan starting in 1975 and 1976, respectively, which will significantly disrupt the dominance of television broadcast anime before the end of the decade. There are many more exceptions and disruptions to any and all trends we might try to ascribe to the decade, especially at its edges, and even when these trends are mostly true there will still always be ample exceptions. Hence, today we're going to talk a bit about a 1970 series that doesn't embody any of the above-mentioned 1970s trends and would have fit in just fine in the mid-1960s. Put simply, Hutch the Honeybee is a cutesy show for kids about (pseudo-)anthromorphic bugs having episodic adventures in the world of animals. But it's also an early precedent of a practice that remains controversial in anime fandom today.
The Anime Itself
Created by the Yoshida brothers and produced by their studio Tatsunoko Productions, there are many ways you could call Hutch the Tatsunoko equivalent of, say, Mushi's Jungle Emperor. Much like Jungle Emperor's star Leo, the titular Hutch is a young animal - this time, a bee - who lives amongst a wide variety of other animals - in this case other bugs - and spends his time helping them deal with their interpersonal problems or else foiling the plans of violent bullies through trickery. Aesthetically, the series is constructed so as to be as marketable to children as possible: Hutch himself sports enormous cutesy eyes and a distinctive blue, red and yellow colouring rather than the perhaps more frightening stark yellow and black colouring of a real bee, and the enormous cast of other bugs are likewise transformed into cute versions of their real-life counterparts, except for the most villainous. The central premise is that Hutch is a lost, juvenile honey bee searching the forest for his mother, and like any good episodic adventure for kids it's really not about him finding his mother so much as it is about him growing and maturing from the experiences he has along the way. Many of the other insects' troubles which he gets drawn into throughout his journey also revolve around parentage and family, such as a cockroach that has been raising an abandoned caterpillar only for its butterfly parents to eventually return and demand their child back. Otherwise, it's the usual kids' moral lessons sort of plots, such as the episode where a young stink bug is being teased by his friends for being a stink bug, but they all realize they shouldn't tease him after he's the only one that can defeat some killer beetles using his stinkiness. In classic kids' protagonist fashion Hutch is also quite headstrong but physically weak, so lots of episodes also feature him picking fights he can't win in the name of moral righteousness, and consequently he gets captured by evil bugs a lot. The occasional bit of surreal imagery, like how butterflies apparently have christian funeral rites, are a treat. There's not a whole lot more to say about the series itself... the setup, the writing, the animation, etc, are all quite ordinary, nothing especially good nor bad. There's re-used animation banks and other limited animation techniques, but they're not overpresent. It's all pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a typical cutesy adventure show about bugs made for kids in this timeframe. Or, at least... that's what you get in the international versions.
See, Hutch the Honeybee was an original Tatsunoko Productions work, and ever since they successfully syndicated Speed Racer internationally Tatsunoko kept focusing on making original works so they could license those overseas, too. From a business standpoint it makes a lot of sense: even if they couldn't license a work for very much, whatever they got for it was still extra money for relatively little extra effort. Unlike what we saw with Jungle Emperor's deal with NBC, however, Tatsunoko's business model was usually to finish production completely and then sell the completed series later on to interested international buyers; there was no opportunity for the overseas distributors to negotiate the content of the series like NBC did with Mushi Productions. This was beneficial for Tatsunoko in that the licensing deals were simpler and they didn't have to involve anyone else in their pre-plannning, but the downside is that since their planning and production didn't have any outside influence the works produced might not find any interested buyers at all, or else take a very long time to sell. These sorts of deals also left Tatsunoko with very little engagement in what the licensing companies actually did with the license after they had bought it, too. So it was with Hutch the Honeybee, which did eventually get licensed all around the world but it took decades in many places. Italy, France, Canada, and Taiwan were early buyers, with Hutch airing there later in the 1970s. Mexico, Iran, numerous South American countries and some Arabic-speaking countries received it in the 1980s. It was licensed in the U.S.A. and Brazil in the mid-90s. Indonesia finally got it only in the mid-2000s. All of these syndications re-dubbed the series into their own languages, with varying degrees of faithfulness to the original writing. Some have some very odd and inexplicable changes, like the first Italian dub making Hutch a female bee (possibly simply because they wanted it to be more like Maya the Bee, a different show entirely). Many of them aired episodes out of order, or else skipped some episodes, or else combined episodes together. And then there's all the cut footage... See, what I didn't mention in the description of the anime, above, is that the whole series opens with a swarm of spear-wielding wasps slaughtering an entire hive of bees. The wasps slash their way through the hive, kill every bee they see, eat all the bee eggs they can find, and the queen bee of the hive narrowly escapes with a small clutch of eggs while her drones throw themselves onto the spears of the wasps to buy time for her escape. Hutch is one of the few surviving eggs, but gets separated from his mother in their flight from the wasps. He's then taken in by a tiny hive of a different kind of bees, but even then he he's relentlessly bullied by his adoptive siblings for being different. Sure, in real life it's a bug-eat-bug world out there, but it makes for a rather stark and bleak opening to a series aimed entirely at children. At the end of episode 1, Hutch leaves his adoptive hive to go searching for his mother, but he doesn't really even know whether she's alive or dead. Furthermore, there's a fair number of downer endings through the series, many of which feature Hutch's new friends dying in his arms. Some of the fights Hutch gets into are relatively violent for a 1970 children's show, too. The actual animation isn't too severe - there's no actual blood shown and they cut on the hits rather than showing them fully, but it's still a bit gruesome to see tiny Hutch getting smacked around by a giant moth. As for the overall plot, Hutch spoilers: Almost universally, the international versions of Hutch cut out the slaughter of the hive, tone down the more violent fights, and at least partially rewrite events to have a generally happier tone. Some versions went so far as to force every single episode to have a happy ending, cutting or rewriting scenes so Hutch's acquaintances never die and always get what they want. The end result is that while Japanese audiences were shocked and devastated, most regions of the world got a mawkishly watered-down version of the series, not to mention it looking decades out-of-date by the time it finally aired there. The series is still remembered relatively well in Japan as a childhood tearjerker, with it often landing on Top 100 lists like those made by TV Asahi, but, unsurprisingly, in most places outside Japan it was not popular when it aired on TV and is scarcely remembered today. Even so, the series does pop up in odd places from time to time - Iran's 2009 festival darling film About Elly, of all things, had a reference to it. Unfortunately, partner dealings like that between Mushi and NBC were difficult to maintain, and almost none that were formed in the 1960s would even survive to the start of the 1970s. Internationally-financed or co-produced anime would continue to be a very rare occurence until the 21st century. Instead, business models like the "make it now, sell it later, very little oversight" strategy used on Hutch or "below-the-line" outsourcing like MOM Productions' work for Rankin-Bass became the norm. It's not that big of a deal in the case of Hutch - most international versions of the series are still mostly faithful to the core of the series, just lacking the emotional depth of the original. Likewise, the minor changes made to Speed Racer that we discussed in a previous article didn't impact it a whole lot, either. But these are precedents that will only get worse. As the financing, management, and IP ownership of anime shifts away from studios towards publishers and production committees, creators will lose any ability to rein in the practice of licensors altering their works. Eventually, this will culminate in an entire tradition of blasé rewrites, hackdubs, and complete reworkings like Battle of the Planets, Robotech, Warriors of the Wind, 4Kids' notorious editing, the infamous Funimation dub of Crayon Shin-chan, Samurai Pizza Cats, Ghost Stories (and the rest of Stephen Foster's career), and much more. Nowadays, these practices are undesirable due to the internet making international fans much more connected with the industry in Japan, and the multitudes of past hackdubs are still a very controversial topic within the fandom (feel free to express or discuss your opinion in the comments - could be interesting!). As for how the original creators felt about their works being altered, unfortunately we don't usually know, except in a few specific cases like Miyazaki's katana incident.
Continuation and Beevival
Tatsunoko made a sequel series a few years after the first Hutch the Honeybee, titled The New Adventures of Hutch the Honeybee, and then in 1989 they did an entire remake. These series were, of course, also offered up for international licensing, too. Allegedly, some licensors even spliced together parts of the original and sequel series as if they were a single series. Then in 2010 they made Hutch the Honeybee: Melody of Courage, a theatrical film spin-off/remake that still has the wasps wiping out Hutch's hive (much less violent this time), still has the search for mom (this time she's being held captive by the wasp queen for his entire life for... reasons), but the film is also about Hutch befriending a human girl who can magically talk to bugs. Now, there's no evidence whatsoever to support the notion that this film was made as a response to 2007's Bee Movie... but I do want to emphasize that humans had not played any role in any of the Hutch shows prior to this, and now suddenly he's talking to humans.
Where Can I Find It?
I wound up watching about half of it on Youtube in Dutch and French, and the other half in a mix of other syndications, while referencing an unsubbed Japanese copy for comparisons. If you search around it's not too hard to find random low quality episodes in miscellaneous languages, but aside from the Japanese version official releases are almost non-existant. The Saban English dub might even be close to a lost media at this point.

What is OneWeb? OneWeb is a LEO/MEO satellite provider with 6 satellites currently in Low Earth Orbit of an initial constellation of 648 planed for the next few years to provide worldwide coverage, with up to 2560+ possible. This will make OneWeb the largest broadband internet provider by territory in the world, joined by Starlink shortly after if current launch schedules are accurate. OneWeb is currently able to produce satellites at a rate of 2 per day, with plans to increase to 3+ per day. The network will offer peak speeds of 500Mbps in the first iteration of its network, and 2.5Gbps speeds in a second constellation, planned for 2021. OneWeb anticipates having around 150 satellites in orbit by year’s end, starting regional service in 2020 with around 300 satellites, and reaching global coverage in 2021 with 600 satellites OneWeb was founded by Greg Wyler of sat provider 03B. "OneWeb anticipates having around 150 satellites in orbit by year’s end, starting regional service in 2020 with around 300 satellites, and reaching global coverage in 2021 with 600 satellites. Wyler said that with six satellites, OneWeb can provide service for 18 minutes at a time, with that number scaling as launches progress." Source Initial Constellation
"The company is targeting 648 satellites initially, with 48 serving as in-orbit spares. Beyond that, OneWeb is deciding if it will scale its first-generation constellation to 900 satellites or shift into a second generation that would likely increase the total constellation to 1,980 satellites." Source
The initial test constellation of 6 "Pathfinder" satellites were launched into LEO on February 27, 2019. These first satellites were launched on a Soyuz rocket from French Guiana. The mission is operated by Arianespace, a European launch-vehicle firm, which is planning a 21-flight campaign to build out OneWeb’s constellation.
"The six satellites launched to a 1,000-kilometer orbit, where they will begin a 60- to 90-day test regime that includes orbit raising for another 200 kilometers. OneWeb originally planned to launch the satellites directly into their 1,200-kilometer operational orbits, but tweaked those plans sometime before the launch for reasons that were not immediately clear.
In the weeks preceding the launch, OneWeb also changed the number of satellites from 10 to six, opting to hold some back in the event of an anomaly. Four mass simulators from APCO Technologies of Switzerland substituted for the withdrawn spacecraft." Source
"They have also decided to cut the number of satellites in their initial constellation from 900 to 648. After seeing better than expected results in their satellite ground tests, they concluded that they can achieve global coverage with only 648 satellites. The satellites will cost a little more than the initially budgeted $500,000 each, but this represents a significant overall cost reduction.
They have also decided that their initial priority will be connecting boats and planes before focusing on the Internet for the masses." Source
"Assuming the Pathfinders perform as expected, OneWeb will then begin the mass roll-out of the rest of the constellation towards the end of the year." Source
This will see a Soyuz rockets launching every 21 days, lofting up 34-36 satellites at a time.
A total constellation of more then 2560 have been requested for approval from the FCC. 3+ generations of satellites for higher capacity designs are planned by 2030. It is unclear if the first 648 satellites will have the same design as the 6 "Pathfinder" model currently in LEO.
Gen 1 constellation of 648 (600 live, 48 spares)
Gen 2 constellation of 1300+. Wyler tweeted Jan. 23 that the Gen-2 satellites will have at least 50 times more capacity, and will likely expand the entire constellation to 1,980 satellites.
Gen 3 TBD
While initial connectivity will be focused on boats and planes, antenna designs previewed will be mountable on cars, trucks, and houses, as a wifi basestation.
A MEO (Medium Earth Orbit) component consisting of a new constellation of satellites in an orbit with a nominal altitude of 8,500 km and an inclination of 45°. There will ultimately be 16 orbital planes, but with an initial deployment of 20 satellites in eight planes making a total of 160 satellites. Later phases of deployment will increase the number of planes to 16 and the number of satellites per plane from 20 to 80, making a total of 1,280 satellites
"Wyler estimated there might be a two month gap between the first launch and the rest of the launch campaign, which consists of a Soyuz launch every 21 days. After the first launch, each Soyuz will carry 36 satellites, with some occasionally carrying 34, he said.
OneWeb also has a contract with Virgin Orbit for 39 LauncherOne missions and a memorandum of understanding with Blue Origin for five New Glenn launches to supplement its primary Arianespace campaign." Source
"The subsequent OneWeb launches will start in the second half of the year from Russia’s Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. The majority of the remaining Soyuz missions are expected to occur from Baikonur, though Europe’s Guiana Space Center in Kourou, French Guiana, and Russia’s new Vostochny Cosmodrome in the country’s Far East are also possibilities.
Virgin Orbit is also expected to start launching OneWeb satellites this year using its dedicated smallsat vehicle LauncherOne. Wyler, responding to a SpaceNews inquiry, tweeted that the four satellites OneWeb withdrew from the Feb. 27 Soyuz mission could launch this year with Virgin Orbit, which has a contract for 39 missions using the LauncherOne air-launched rocket.
Arianespace and OneWeb announced after the launch that OneWeb will also fly satellites on the inaugural flight of Ariane 6. The mission, scheduled for 2020, will use the Ariane 62, a version with two strap-on boosters. Israël tweeted that the OneWeb-Ariane 6 launch agreement includes options for two more Ariane 6 missions, and will be finalized next month.

"OneWeb Satellites, the joint venture of OneWeb and Airbus, built the first 10 satellites in Toulouse, France, but plan to build the remainder of the first-generation constellation at a new $85 million factory in Exploration Park, Florida." Source
With Airbus, they have devised a novel satellite manufacturing process that will allow mass production rather than hand building.
Cost per satellite will be $700k-$900k, with the production capability planned for up to 15 per week (3 per day). 2 per day is expected through 2019 for OneWeb, and it's understood other sat contracts such as for the military will be manufactured here.
That output is based on five eight-hour workdays. The new factory will have two lines, and production could be scaled up if needed. Source
The Florida facility is a ISO 8 clean room, and 46 000 FT² or 4 300 M²
"Wyler said OneWeb’s first generation satellites have “actually beat our plans,” on mass, weighing in at around 145 kilograms each instead of the projected 150 kilograms. “We are at about 14.5 kilograms per Gbps. Each satellite is about the same performance as the satellites I designed for O3b, yet we are putting nine times as many on a rocket,” he said.
Prior to OneWeb, Wyler founded O3b Networks, a company since bought by Luxembourgian fleet operator SES, that provides connectivity services through a constellation of medium-Earth-orbit satellites. Wyler said each OneWeb satellite provides nine times as much throughput per kilogram as an original O3b satellite." Source
Wyler tweeted Jan. 23 that the Gen-2 satellites will have at least 50 times more capacity, and will likely expand the entire constellation to 1,980 satellites.
They will connect both Internet gateways and end users.
"The network will offer peak speeds of 500Mbps" in the first iteration of its network, and 2.5Gbps speeds in a "second constellation, planned for 2021."
Latency will be under 50 ms, making interactive applications like 5G mobile telephony, game playing and Web surfing possible. Source
"The fleet will require as many as 50 ground stations each to connect with the constellation. OneWeb’s gateway supplier Hughes Network Systems of Germantown, Maryland, said March 13 that it has shipped the first completed gateways." Source
SpaceX and OneWeb have different strategies. OneWeb is working with partners like Hughes and Isotropic Systems while SpaceX is vertically integrated; however, even if they are designing their own edge terminals, SpaceX may use components from companies like Isotropic and Alcan." Source
Ground Stations vs Inter-satelliteLaserLinks
"Citing pressure from national regulators who insisted on being able to control the routes of all traffic coming into or out of their nations, OneWeb has dropped inter-satellite laser links from their design. Doing so will simplify satellite design and save money and weight, but will lead to increased latencies and require more terrestrial gateways. Source
"OneWeb founder Greg Wyler announced that his self-funded side project, Wafer LLC, has developed $15 antenna module, paving the way for user terminals priced between $200 and $300. (The antenna is only one component of the Earth station, but it has been a sticking point). Wyler said that "The entire antenna is less than an eighth inch thick — you can have an extremely light, thin, low-power antenna that's very cost effective and can be produced in large volumes." Wyler said tests of prototypes showed 50 Mbps capacity per antenna "tile" and said multiple tiles could be combined. It is not clear how many tiles there are per antenna, but presumably, combing them would cut into the number of satellites that could be visible at any one time." Source
Greg also tweeted they've made a 5-6" square antenna capable of 20 Mbps.
Ka-band: Uplink: 27.5-29.1 GHz and 29.5-30.0 GHz. Downlink: 17.8-18.6 GHz and 18.8-19.3 GHz

They have priority rights to 3.55 Ghz of globally harmonized spectrum for non-geostationary satellites. (They also have a technique for avoiding interference with geo-stationary satellites when over the equator).
Source Constellation Management "In 2016 GMV won the contract for developing the command and control (C2) center of the whole constellation. After weighing up diverse C2 platforms, OneWeb opted for GMV’s product line, capable of meeting OneWeb’s specific and complex needs while sticking to a tight development schedule. GMV’s C2 system has been installed in the constellation’s UK and USA operation centers and will be providing access to the command process and telemetry, automation of contacts between the satellites and ground antenna, as well as keeping track of the overall state of the constellation." Source History of OneWeb
"OneWeb founder and executive chairman Greg Wyler paved the way for this effort with O3B, a satellite-communications company focused on emerging markets, which was purchased by Luxembourg’s SES in 2016. That makes OneWeb the only internet-satellite start-up whose founders have successfully launched a telecom service in space. OneWeb also boasts technical partnerships with companies like Maxar, Virgin, Qualcomm and Airbus, which built the satellites.
Customer Base "OneWeb is targeting several markets for connectivity, including inflight Wi-Fi, maritime and government users, but also has a mission to bring internet access to every school in the world. Steckel said the company will start pursuing that goal by sponsoring connectivity for six schools — one each in Alaska, Rwanda, Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, Ecuador and Honduras — for 10 years. The Soyuz rocket carrying OneWeb’s first satellites also bore the logo of FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), a nonprofit focused on instilling youth with a fascination for science and technology." Source Funding OneWeb has raised more than $2 billion in funding from Virgin, SoftBank, Qualcomm, Airbus, and others. OneWeb said its business model will be to "provide service indirectly through reseller partners, or directly to the end customer, in the case of airlines or vessel operators, for example." "The U.K. Space Agency announced Feb. 18 it is providing 18 million pounds ($23.3 million) to satellite broadband startup OneWeb through the agency’s participation in the 22-nation European Space Agency. The U.K. is the first of six ESA member states plus Canada to put forward funding for OneWeb Sunrise — a program aimed at preparing OneWeb’s constellation of 600 to 900 satellites to stitch into upcoming fifth-generation communications networks on the ground." "Edward Laurence Doheny(August 10, 1856 – September 8, 1935) was an American oil tycoon who, in 1892, drilled the first successful oil well in the Los Angeles City Oil Field. His success set off a petroleum boom in Southern California, and made him a fortune when, in 1902, he sold his properties. He then began highly profitable oil operations in Tampico, Mexico's "golden belt", drilling the first well in the nation in 1901. He expanded operations during the Mexican Revolution, and opened large new oil fields in Lake Maracaibo (Venezuela). His holdings developed as the Pan American Petroleum & Transport Company, one of the largest oil companies in the world in the 1920s. In the 1920s, Doheny was implicated in the Teapot Dome Scandal and accused of offering a $100,000 bribe to United States Secretary of the Interior Albert Fall. Doheny was twice acquitted of offering the bribe, but Fall was convicted of accepting it. Doheny and his second wife and widow, Carrie Estelle, were noted philanthropists in Los Angeles, especially regarding Catholic schools, churches and charities. The Doheny Estate has donated money to Loyola Marymount University(Jesuit) for the construction of buildings and residence halls, and the land for one of the campuses of Mount St. Mary's College south of downtown Los Angeles. The Dohenys also owned a great deal of coastal land in Dana Point, California, which they donated to the State of California for Doheny State Beachas a memorial to Edward's murdered son Ned. They also donated the funds for the construction of St. Edward the Confessor Roman Catholic Church at its original site. It has since moved to a bluff-top location overlooking Doheny State Beach. The original building is now home to San Felipe de Jesus Roman Catholic Church. " https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_L._Doheny#Philanthropy " Doheny went to Mexico looking for more oil. He leased a million acres around Tampico on the Gulf of Mexico, and his Mexican Petroleum Company became the largest oil company in Mexico . Mexican Petroleum built roads, cities, railroads, and pipelines. During the Mexican Revolution Doheny hired his own private army to protect his Mexican oil fields, which by 1922 had brought him $31 million. By 1925, Doheny's net worth passed $100 million and he was richer than John D. Rockefeller. " (source : http://www.westadamsheritage.org/read/472) Here is an excerpt from the book , Material Dreams: Southern California through the 1920s (Americans and the California Dream) , by Kevin Starr, I was able to get this book for free off of libgen.io " A sense of threat was very much what Edward Laurence Doheny and his wife Estelle were experiencing during the mid- to late 1920's as the prominent oilman came under indictment during the Teapot Dome scandal. Irish, German, and Roman Catholic, the Dohenys constituted their own separate branch of the oligarchy, too different to be assimilated, too wealthy to be ignored. Arriving in Los Angeles in 1892 at the age of 36 after spending nearly twenty years on the frontier as a prospector and mining developer, Edward Laurence Doheny and his partner Charles Canfield had the good sense to discover oil near the corner of Second and Glendale Boulevard. By 1900 each partner was realizing half a million dollars a year from his investment. This initial discovery sparked an oil rush that sunk more than 2300 wells within the city. Eventually more than 75 million barrels of crude would be pumped from this urban Oildorado. Not content with such modest rewards, Canfield and Doheny went prospecting in Mexico in May 1900. In contrast to their previous prospecting treks together through the Far West in their younger days (one night Doheny had been mauled by a mountain lion), the partners traveled this time in a private railroad car, attended to by a porter and a chef. Near Tampico, they left their car and roughed it inland into the jungle to investigate reports of brea, oily tar seeping from the ground, the same reports they had so successfully pursued on Glendale Boulevard in 1892. Sure enough, they discovered a large crater filled with thick tar and hissing with escaping gas. Returning to civilization, Canfield and Doheny bought up the surrounding 400,000 acres, a jungle kingdom unto itself. They then spent millions in setting up drilling rigs and building a pipeline into Tampico. Over the next nine years, operating as the Mexican Petroleum Company, the partners took some 80 million barrels of oil from their Mexican domain. Money, in other words, was not a problem for Edward Laurence Doheny and his second wife. He met her in 1900 just as he was launching the Mexican enterprise: he, a 44-year-old widower with a seven-year-old son; she, Carrie Estelle Betzold, a 25-year-old telephone operator (so one report has it) whose voice had captivated him over the wire. She was a handsome German girl, blessed with an hourglass figure and large brown eyes. Whether or not she was working as a telephone operator at the time, the metaphor behind the story rings true, for it was a Cinderella story: she was from the family cottage on South Alvarado Street via Marshalltown, Iowa, and he was en route to becoming one of the richest men in the United States . Married on 22 August 1900, just after he had returned from his first trip to Mexico, the Dohenys soon asserted themselves as the premier couple of an as of yet embryonic wing of the oligarchy, for Catholics of great wealth and social position were few and far between in the City of the Angels in that era. Purchasing a rambling Spanish Gothic mansion at 8 Chester Place near Adams Boulevard and Figueroa, they expanded it over the next few years to include a dining room seating more than a hundred, supported by columns of Siena marble and covered by a dome of Tiffany glass; a deer park; a swimming pool; tennis courts; and an enormous glass-and-steel conservatory where Edward Doheny grew palm trees and other exotic plants brought up from Mexico and Venezuela and Estelle grew orchids, ten thousand of them, imported from around the world—the first such major orchid collection of its kind in Southern California. The Dohenys supplemented the American Renaissance lushness of Chester Place with a four-hundredacre ranch in Beverly Hills, which they purchased in 1912; four other ranches in Ventura County; the Casiana, a steam yacht berthed at San Pedro; and a home in midtown Manhattan. Naturally, such conspicuous wealth attracted the attention of the Roman Catholic Church. From the point of view of the Church, the Dohenys offered dazzling prospects for patronage and a conspicuous presence in the oligarchy to assert the interests of the Catholic community. Both expectations were grandly confirmed. Among their many charities, the Dohenys financed an entire church, St. Vincent de Paul's at the corner of West Adams and Figueroa, a magnificent Spanish Renaissance structure designed by Albert C. Martin. Even today, nearly seventy years after it was dedicated, St. Vincent de Paul's Church dazzles bypassers (which in Los Angeles means motorists) with the drama of its proportions and the Moorish elegance of its multicolored oversized tile dome. The Dohenys were devoted to the historic St. Vincent de Paul, a seventeenth century French priest, and to the two orders he founded, the Daughters of Charity, a congregation of nursing sisters, and the Congregation of the Mission, also known as the Vincentian Fathers, missionaries and educators with a strong Southern Californian presence. Thus they gave generously to the Los Angeles Orphanage and St. Vincent's Hospital, two institutions conducted by the Daughters of Charity, and sponsored the education of Vincentian seminarians for the priesthood. The Church, in turn, rewarded the Dohenys with the solaces of religion, which they would shortly need in full measure, and with something equally important and necessary, the assurance of caste. Both the Dohenys were new people, first generation in their wealth, not formally educated at the great universities of the East as were so many of the upper classes of West Adams, Pasadena, and San Marino. In exchange for their patronage, the Church rewarded the Dohenys with the prerogatives and titles of the Catholic nobility of Europe. The Archbishop became a confidant, a family friend and counselor, available in times of great stress or grief, especially the horrible family tragedy of February 1929, or for a quiet dinner en famille on Chester Place, just His Excellency and the two of them (and the servants of course), like a parish priest stopping by for a quiet Sunday supper. The Archbishop allowed the Dohenysthe privilege of a private chapel in their various homes, with permission to have mass said there and the consecrated eucharist reserved on the altar for veneration. They became Knight and Lady of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre in 1925, and in 1939 His Holiness Pope Pius XII raised Estelle Doheny, onetime telephone operator, to the rank of Papal Countess. Through its legacy of European culture, its titles and its tutelage, the Roman Catholic Church, in this instance the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, the Most Reverend John J. Cantwell Archbishop, helped the ever-generous Dohenys in the vital matter of taste and social self-confidence. A psychological reserve of self-esteem became very much necessary for both Dohenys in August 1924 when E.L. Doheny was charged in the Federal District Court of Los Angeles with bribing Secretary of Interior Albert B. Fall in November 1921 (a loan of $100,000 in cash, carried to Fall in a satchel by Edward Doheny, Jr.) so as to obtain favorable leases on naval oil reserves at Elk Hills in Kern County. President Harding had previously transferred the administration of the two reserves at Elk Hills and Teapot Dome in Wyoming to Fall in May 1921, itself a dubious action. Fall, in turn, had signed favorable leases with Doheny and oilman Harry F. Sinclair. The Teapot Dome scandal dragged on for six long years of investigation and trial. In 1927 the government canceled the leases, and in 1929 Fall was convicted of taking a bribe from Doheny and went to jail. Doheny, however, got off on technicalities after two trials, thanks to his brilliant lawyer, Frank J. Hogan of Washington, D.C., who once observed that the ideal client was a rich man who was scared. Doheny was both rich and scared, and between 1924 and his acquittal in 1930, Edward and Estelle regarded Hogan with a species of awe, dependency, and a thirst for deliverance that surpassed the intensity of their relationship to the Archbishop. While His Excellency might hold the keys of the kingdom, Mr. Hogan bore an equally compelling relationship to the keys to the slammer. Then an even worse tragedy struck. Edward Doheny adored his only son Edward, Jr., more commonly known as Ned. In 1914 Ned married Lucy Smith of Pasadena, and in time Doheny Senior adored her and his five grandchildren, four boys and a girl, with equal ardor. In the early 1920's E. L. Doheny commissioned architect Gordon Kaufmann to design for his son and family a grand mansion for the Beverly Hills property, Greystone, forty-six thousand square feet within, various modes of English Revival without, set amidst four hundred acres of formal Italian gardens and Shakespearean forests. There, on 16 February 1929 Edward Laurence Doheny, Jr., age 36, and his valet were found shot to death under what has then and now been described as mysterious circumstances. Grief-stricken, the Dohenys buried Ned at Forest Lawn beneath an elaborate replica of a Roman temple and in the months that followed searched for a further memorial as a way of coping with their anguish." Here is the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church funded by Papal Knight oilman Ed Doheny https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Vincent_de_Paul_Church_(Los_Angeles,_California)) Here is The Greystone Mansion, also known as the Doheny Mansion:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greystone_Mansion All of the above named players in the Teapot Dome scandal were Roman Catholic! This being Albert Sinclair, Robert Fall Edward Doheny and Frank J Hogan. The Teapot dome scandal today is still unprecedented in the sense that Albert Fall the secretary of the interior was found guilty of taking the 100,000$ bribe from Doheny, yet Doheny was found not guilty of giving the 100,000$ bribe! This was so because Ed Doheny's lawyer during the trial Frank J Hogan went to Jesuit Georgetown Univeristy! and the Jesuits are at the very top of the American hierarchy and effectively completely control the United States. This same Jesuit school is openly advocating for Population Control! in 2016 the Georgetown Philosophy department wrote a paper titled "Population Engineering and the Fight against Climate Change " (you can read that paper here : https://www.npr.org/documents/2016/jun/population_engineering.pdf) " Frank J. Hogan (1877-1944) was a lawyer who co-founded the firm of Hogan & Hartson in 1904 and served as president of American Bar Association(ABA) from 1938 to 1939. He represented several high-profile clients, including former president Warren G. Harding, oil tycoon Edward L. Doheny, and banker Andrew Mellon. In 1898 he joined the U.S. Army and put his clerical and railway experience to work in logistics, serving as secretary to the Chief Quartermaster of the Army, secretary to the Quartermaster General in Washington, and Secretary to the Chief of Staff of the Army. After work he spent his evenings studying law at Georgetown University. He completed the three-year program in two years, graduating at the head of his class in 1902. After graduation, Hogan went into private practice. At first he practiced law part-time in the evenings while working for the War Department during the day. He co-founded a Washington law firm, Hogan & Hartson, in 1904. From 1912 to 1919, he lectured at Georgetown University(!!) on the law of wills, evidence, and partnership.Hogan rose to national fame working on several high-profile cases in the 1920s and 30s. His most notable case was his defense of oil tycoon Edward L. Doheny and the Pan-American Petroleum and Transport Company in a series of trials from 1924 to 1930. In what came to be known as the Teapot Dome scandal, Doheny was accused of bribing Interior Secretary Albert Fall to lease the oil production rights at Elk Hills Oil Field. The company was forced to cancel its lease, but Hogan succeeded in clearing Doheny on charges of bribery and conspiracy to defraud the government. In 1935 he successfully defended Andrew Mellon on charges of tax evasion, and was featured on the cover of Time) magazine the same year. Other clients included former president Warren G. Harding(Who was also implicated in Teapot Dome!!), the General Electric Company, Armour & Co., and Swift & Co. Over 400 prominent citizens , including the mayor of Los Angeles, the mayor on San Francisco, Hollywood movie stars, top businessman and financiers, and high ranking officals of the Catholic Church , honored Doheny at the dinner. The occasion assumed a semi-offical air when the invitations were posted bearing the historic seal of the city of Los Angeles. Frank Hogan, the banquets featured speaker, declared that the Doheny's Washington DC victory was won after " every fact and document concerning the assailed transactions had been placed before the court and jury." Hogan again called Doheny one of "our greatest patriots." The room exploded into a thundering standing ovation. Ned, dressed in black tie and seated next to his father at the head table, leaped to his feet, clapping and cheering . Unfortunately, Albert Fall, returning to his Three Rivers Ranch in Mexico, did not receive a similar reception. He faced still other criminal conspiracy charges with Henry Sinclair and found himself ostracized by many of his peers. Stressed by the intolerably long trial, Fall became ill with pneumonia". -Dark Side of Fortune: Triumph and Scandal in the Life of Oil Tycoon Edward L Doheny, by Margaret Davis Ah ! Robert Fall should have gotten himself a lawyer from a Jesuit college! that would of sure helped, but in this case Albert Fall was truly the Fall guy , as Edward Doheny was a incredibly valuable asset for the Jesuits and Rome for taking control of the oil supply in Mexico. Papal Knight of the Equestrian Order Ed Doheny also invested in Knight of Malta AP Giannini's Bank of Italy on the request of William Gibbs McAdoo. Giannini was a friend of Mussolini and a fascist sympathizer... " William Gibbs McAdoo Jr./ˈmækəˌduː/ (October 31, 1863 – February 1, 1941) was an American lawyer and statesman. McAdoo was a leader of the Progressive movement and played a major role in the administration of President Woodrow Wilson. A member of the Democratic Party), he also represented California in the United States Senate. He gained notoriety as the president of the Hudson and Manhattan Railroad Company and served as the vice chairman of the Democratic National Committee. McAdoo worked on Wilson's successful 1912 presidential campaignand served as the United States Secretary of the Treasury from 1913 to 1918. He married Wilson's daughter, Eleanor, in 1914. McAdoo presided over the establishment of the Federal Reserve System and helped prevent an economic crisis after the outbreak of World War I. After the U.S. entered the war, McAdoo also served as the Director General of Railroads. McAdoo left Wilson's Cabinet in 1919, co-founding the law firm of McAdoo, Cotton & Franklin.:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Gibbs_McAdoo "His(McAdoo) first task was the bank of Italy, He urged friends and associates, including Ed Doheny to deposit funds in it (Bank of Italy) and lobbied the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) to allow it (Bank of Italy) to open more branches." - Progressives at War: William G. McAdoo and Newton D. Baker, 1863–1941 By Douglas B. Craig . Knight of Malta AP Giannini was impressed with McAdoo's connection with the Federal Reserve system, and his contacts, and even offered McAdoo an annual retainer of $50,000. By 1922 Giannini's bank of Italy was already one of the largest banks west of the Mississippi already had 66 branches and deposits of $225 million. (mentioned in above source) The Chief Justice of the United States when the Federal Reserve Act was passed through Congress was none other than a devout Catholic Edward Douglass White, who was educated at Jesuit Georgetown University. White fought for the Confederacy during the Civil War https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward\_Douglass\_White " McAdoo was again a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination in 1924. Widely regarded as the front-runner in 1923, McAdoo's candidacy was badly hurt by the revelation that he had previously accepted a $25,000 contribution from Edward L. Doheny, an oil tycoon implicated in 1922 in the Teapot Dome scandal. McAdoo had returned the normal-course contribution once he learned of Doheny's possible bribes to Secretary of the InteriorAlbert Bacon Fall to get oil leases. At the 1924 Democratic National Convention, McAdoo notably did not reject the endorsement of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK)." De Speigal's August 8th 1958 issue on Vatican finances claims the Jesuits bankrolled Knight of Malta AP Giannini's Bank Of Italy which went on to become Bank of America. " The full-blooded intervention of the United States in the affairs of Latin America, with all the long-range repercussions it created for the Vatican, had not been confined either to the beginning of the century or to the case of the Panama Canal. It continued and culminated, at the close of this first stage, in the relationship of the Vatican with American Imperialism, in a no less typical example of North American interference in Latin-American affairs. It all began with North American economic penetration revolving around the development of Mexican oil, a fair North American enterprise at the beginning but turned selfishly vicious at the end. In 1900 an American, E. L. Doheney, with others, bought 282,000 acres in Mexico for 325,000 dollars, or about for 15 per acre. Doheney struck oil, and truly fabulous oil wells were discovered in his land. This can be gauged by the fact that whereas a good well in California yielded 600 barrels a day, one single well in Mexico produced 70,000 barrels a day at the beginning and 25,000 barrels daily for many years afterwards. A famous well, the Cerro Azul, the largest in the world, yielded 45,000 to 50,000 barrels a day for several years. 4 ...." The American oil magnates, also inveterate idealists, did what they could to put “ democracy ” in power in Mexico. Mr. E. L. Doheney helped the Mexican “ constitutionalists ” with 100,000 dollars. The rest of the oil companies gave secret funds to the Mexican revolutionary forces, furnishing them with oil to the value of 865,000 dollars, and in addition refusing to pay taxes to the Mexican Government. "...." American financial dinosaurs, like the Catholic Church, have not grown to their present stature by the mere weight of their bulk. They had always made ample use of, in addition to genuine dash and imagination, the most blatant political effrontery. Spurred by their determination to regain the lost Mexican treasure by using the might of the Government of the U.S.A., they simply formulated, promoted, and executed a breath-taking plan: they were going to storm the White House and, by mobilizing the big guns of the Press and financial, political, and religious pressure, plant one of their friends in the Presidential chair. Once that was. done, war with Mexico, and the restoration of “democracy in that most God-forsaken country", would become a certainty, an act that would be applauded by all the freedom-loving people of the world. Was such a scheme impossible? Not at all. The Big Dinosaurs had already some remarkable precedents to their credit. At the beginning of the century, as already seen, Theodore Roosevelt was one. Theodore Roosevelt had been a success. President Wilson’s Tampico incident had been only a half-success, while their attempt of the 1920s, which had been a ghastly failure, had nevertheless taught them an excellent lesson and a reminder to be more cautiously bold in the future. The lesson: In 1920 the big American oil interests “ bought ” a Senator and made him their “ creature.” The creature’s task: promotion of a nation-wide alarm, aimed at throwing the American people into a panic and thus inducing the American Government to launch an armed attack against Mexico. When public opinion had reached the right degree of heat, the “bought” Senator, Albert B. Fall, one day demanded point-blank that the United States should withdraw recognition of the Carranza Government. Asked on what grounds, the Senator disclosed that the U.S.A. were in the most dire danger: the Mexican Government had engineered the most terrible plot against America; a formidable invasion was about to take place. The Mexicans, the Russians, and the international workers of the world had planned to attack the United States of America, detach Texas, and give it back to Mexico. Could the American people let such a thing happen? Of course not. The United States had to protect them against the Red aggressors. It had to do that by going to war against Mexico before it was too late. The Senator asked the American people to put pressure upon their Government, so as to persuade it to initiate a “ preventive ” war against the Mexican neighbour. It was the most sacred duty of all patriotic citizens to see that the Government did something about it. America had to be saved, Senator Fall went on shouting. Its freedom was endangered by the Red menace across the border. For a time panic was created, and a flurry of political and military measures were set in motion. The “ Free ” American Press, supported by the oil companies, played on the plot. In spite of them all, however, the plot began to dissolve into thin air owing to one simple fact: the Mexican-Russian attack never eventuated. An investigation was set up. Senator A. B. Fall was convicted of accepting a 100,000-dollar bribe from American oil interests and was dispatched to a penitentiary. Those who handed over the bribe, and who were therefore the real schemers for the American-Mexican war scare, were never convicted and, indeed, have increased and multiplied ever since. " - Avro Manhattan, The Dollar and the Vatican While the Catholic Church was economically conquering the nation of Mexico they were also planting fascism into the minds of the Mexican citizens. Many fascist movemnts exploded onto the scene in Mexico in the early 1930's the most prominet of these being the National Synarchist Union. Allan Chase, Falange(1943): "The Trueba Olivares brothers were powerful Spanish haciendados whose great Mexican estates were veritable feudal domains. They were leaders of the Falange Espanola. The movement these three men created in the Sinarquistas was a Nazi-Falange legion identical in structure and aims with the Fascist parties of both Germany and Spain. From the beginning, Nazi agents like Paul Klement, Alexander Holste, Otto Hilbert, and Frederico Heinn were assigned to work with the frustrated country lawyers chosen to serve as the nominal heads of the movement. These Nazi agents were ultimately replaced by whole corps of Falange militantes and advisers sent from Spain to Mexico. Like the Nazi and the Falange parties, the Sinarquistas promised all things to all men. If the Sinarquist slogan, "Faith, Blood, and Victory" was more than faintly reminiscent of the beer-cellar mysticism of Nazism and Falingismo, its program was simply a Mexican carbon copy of Fascist platforms the world over. Because the Sinarquist movement today has 500,000 members below the United States border — and quite a number of devoted followers above the Rio Grande — an examination of its program is in order. It is of importance to all Ameri- cans to know exactly why one of the last issues of Coughlin's Social Justice to appear before that publication was banned from the United States mails for sedition carried these revealing words: " Advocates of Christian social justice in America, Christian Americans who once dreamed of a national union to effect a 16-point reform, and who have watched the progress of the Christian States headed by Salazar, De Valera, General Franco, and Mussolini, will want to hear further from Mexico's Sinarchists with their "16 principles" of social justice "(!!)... The Casa de Espana was the first American branch of the Falange Exterior. Like all foreign Falanges, it soon organized the local branch of the Auxilio Social of the Falange. In the United States the Auxilio Social took the form of two American committees — the Spanish Nationalist Relief Committee and the American Spanish Relief Fund, and one Spanish organization, the National Spanish Relief Association, Incorporated. The directors of the Spanish association included Emilio Gonzalez, Dr. Castroviejo, and Juan Gallego, a Spanish shipping man of New York. Among the "foreign sympathizers" whom the handbook of the Falange Exterior sought were the American mem- bers of the Spanish Nationalist Relief Committee. These included Americans like W. Cameron Forbes, former American Ambassador to Japan; James W. Gerard, former Ambassador to Germany; Dennis Cardinal Dougherty, Archbishop of Philadelphia; Mrs. Harry Payne Whitney; Anne Morgan; Mary Pickford; and Dr. A. Hamilton Rice. The literature of this committee stated that it was the "American representative for raising funds in the United States for the Auxilio Social — Social Help Service — which represents in a marvelous manner the spirit and unity of New Spain." " (source : https://archive.org/details/pdfy-cLCIsHkTwUiDiVb2/page/n0) In an article i wrote on William Randolph Hearst I cover some of the fascism of the Catholic Priest Charles Coughlin : https://www.reddit.com/Jesuitworldordecomments/9lu6p8/the_intrigues_of_the_fascist_papist_william/ " The National Synarchist Union (Spanish: Unión Nacional Sinarquista) is a Mexican political organization. It was historically a movement of the Roman Catholicextreme right, in some ways akin to clerical fascism and falangism"..." The ideology of the UNS derived from the current of Catholic social thinking of the 1920s and 1930s, based on the papal encyclicalRerum novarum of Pope Leo XIII, which also influenced the regimes of Engelbert Dollfuss in Austria, António Salazar in Portugal and Francisco Franco in Spain. Taking its impetus from the same strand of rightist politics that had informed the Cristiada movement, the group sought to mobilise the peasantry against "atheistic and communist tendencies"". ..." Mexican author Mario Gill argues that the synarchist movement in Mexico was essentially co-opted by right-wing Catholic elements in the U.S., led by Cardinal Francis Spellman and Bishop Fulton Sheen. This assessment was echoed by El Popular, which in its December 14, 1943 issue wrote as follows: "There is no doubt that the recent visit to Mexico of Msgr. Sheen, the pro-fascist 'black leader' of North American clericalism, contributed towards obtaining the conversion of the Mexican Synarchists to a new policy in tune with the demands of the situation of the new world." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Synarchist_Union Oil Baron of the Southwest, Edward L. Doheny and the Development of the Petroleum Industry in California and Mexico, by Martin Ansell : "In looking back over the period from 1900 to 1910, which formed the introductory phase of the Mexican petroleum industry, it is clear that Doheny was primarily responsible for the direction the industry would take. As a result of his past experience in California and his financial backing, Doheny succeeded where others feared to try. In reviewing his work with Canfield, Doheny noted that: "Our lifetime spent at prospecting and our experience in developing oil in the vicinity of the exudes in California, constituted in us the proper frame of mind to fully appreciate the evidences of petroleum which existed in Mexico, and which undoubtedly had been seen by thousands of natives and perhaps a great many intelligent Mexicans and foreigners, who, however, by reason of not having had the proper experience which we had, were not sufficiently impressed to undertake the task of developing oil there, which task did not prove light, even though we went into it with health, strength, enthusiasm, and practically unlimited cash resources(The Catholic church....), and a great belief in our own judgment and good fortune.86 ""...." With the increasing size and importance of his oil holdings in Mexico and the United States, Doheny found his political influence growing in proportion to his economic power. Although he did not emerge as a figure of national importance until 1920, he had been a prominent Democrat on the West Coast since the late 1890s. From the beginning, Doheny's devotion to the party was rooted in his Irish-American heritage, faith in the Catholic church, and his long years on the Western frontier, which had made him a sympathetic follower of William Jennings Bryan. "...."Doheny's new 6,000-barrel-a-day refinery specialized in Mexpet (also a brand name for Mexican Petroleum's products) road oil and asphalt, which were marketed from a southern sales office in New Orleans(There is a Jesuit University in New Orleans). Mexpet road oil was sold primarily to cities and railway companies that used it to control the dust along their lines. The asphalt needed no introduction, since it had been used for years on the East Coast with excellent results. Within a short time, the company was making deliveries as far north as Milwaukee, and in 1915, it added another station at Tampa, Florida, which included facilities for bunkering large ships and served as a distribution center for rail deliveries from Destrehan.48 To promote its operations along the eastern seaboard, Mexican Petroleum set up a main sales office in New York City and smaller outposts in Boston, Portland, Maine, and Providence, Rhode Island. Since oil was cheaper and cleaner to use than coal, this area became a prime location for securing industrial customers. In Portland, the largest purchaser was the International Paper Company. In Providence, the Jenckes Spinning Company kept Mexpet's three delivery trucks busy throughout the day. Mexpet also had smaller contracts with the American Woolen Company, the Manville woolen mills, D. Goff & Sons textile mill, and the Loutitt Home Hand Laundry Company. "........." Doheny emerged as a national leader of the oil industry in the late 1910s. Throughout this period, his companies accounted for the largest production of fuel oil in the world." ....." 2017.06.10 05:28 G2-9T[Spoilers] Hawkins Book Club: The Black Sun Overview
Welcome back to the madhouse. Last time on Hawkins Book Club, we learned that Nichols was personally watched over by God, UFO stealth systems can be foiled by college students, aliens can’t design a functional user interface for shit, the Star Wars galaxy is real, furry aliens exist, there’s an intergalactic empire trying to take over Earth, the majority of alien abductions are actually carried out by the government, a floppy disk can contain enough data to reprogram the human brain, there’s a whole bunch of souls of abused kids just floating around and swapping bodies with each other, the CIA is really bad at assassinations, you can find your destination by bleeding all over a map, you can buy your own isolation tank from a commercial supplier, Eleven was a complete pansy who should have punched out the Demogorgon (according to Moon), UFOs were intentionally designed to look like a 3D vagina, aliens are avid gamers, Nichols lives within driving distance of me and God is a Stranger Things fan. That said, we are now at the 1997 book The Black Sun: Montauk’s Nazi-Tibetan Connection. The Order of the Black Sun, as you may recall, was the magical cult in which high-ranking Nazis tried to time travel by screwing each other in a mass orgy while this guy watched, so prepare yourself. Once again, the Prelude is back, and basically recaps the previous books, but with one addition;
“In the wake of all this, Long Island experience the horrible tragedy of TWA Flight 800 where hundreds of individuals died as the result of an unexplained in-flight mishap. Although many theories have been put forward, the media refuses to seriously investigate the most probable cause of the situation;
“a particle beam emitted from a Brookhaven Labs facility which activated a nuclear missile.
…That works too, I guess. So basically those books is going to be all about those dastardly Nazis. The Introduction finally explains what “Synchronicity” is;
“Synchronicity is called the fabric of time because it is the principle by which we recognize or know the phenomenon of time. If different actions are aligned and intercede within one frame of reference, they are said to synchronize… What is not so obvious is that people, places and things can also manifest beyond the laws of probability. Synchronicity, but its very nature, enables us to make associations that we might otherwise pass by.”
This is genuinely kind of an interesting idea. Moon then reaffirms that the Nazis will be the focus. Chapter 1 retells the story of how a Nazi U-boat landed at Montauk with significant amount of treasure to bury, and how the crew went on to become barbers in Queens. Prior to that, a significant amount of U-boats were spotted by Montauk residents in the water that the US military never fired upon. Moon concludes that his meant the Nazis had access to Camp Hero through an underground dock. He goes on to talk about the German Bund Nazi supporters that had a large camp right next door to the Brookhaven National Laboratory. Apparently these Nazis also conducted “Bon meetings”, which connected to an ancient Tibetan animistic religion which were closely monitored by the FBI. Chapter 2 begins with a woman named Cindy contacting Nichols and Moon, claiming that her husband worked at Camp Hero. She showed them blueprints of the base’s underground and told them that the base was still being used. Specifically, Cindy’s husband was once of three mechanics working at the Camp… to maintain the lawn mowers. I guess even time-traveling Neo-Nazis want to make sure their grass is perfectly mowed in front of their secret base. Immediately after that conversation, her husband was fired the next day. A bit later, Cindy also told the duo about several Bigfoot sightings around Montauk, which Moon interprets as being another connection to Tibet via the Yeti. Soon after that, Cindy’s father called and revealed the following information;
“He can stick his finger into a live electric circuit and feel no shock. An hour later, he could shake someone’s hand and they are liable to receive the shock. I decided to meet the man.”
Well, with info like that, who wouldn’t? “Max” then reveals that he was fascinated with UFOs since he was a boy, and in fact literally built his own working flying saucer.
“Max claims to have travelled around the United States in his home built UFO with eight women. They would travel the countryside looking for luminous spots on mountains where they hoped to find gold. Some of these spots proved to be false leads, but many precious metals were found, processed and sold for a considerable profit. The money was split between him and the eight women.”
….Yeah….. This book….. So because of this, the military hired Max and he was stationed at Camp Hero to serve as a courier. He reveals that the Nazis did indeed visit the base several times. He also states that when a UFO crashed in Amagansett in 1995, the military approached him and asked if he wanted it. When he declined, they took it away themselves. He also attended the Bon meetings, which “were held to tell people what they could say and couldn’t say or tell people what they could and could not do.”
“Obviously the people at these meetings were tied into a completely different reality… It sounds like an Aryan race outpost that was halfway between this dimension and another.”
Moving on. Chapter 3 kicks off with a discussion of the infamous “Birth of a Nation,” you know the film that portrayed the Ku Klux Klan as the saviors of the white race. Well, this film reveals that founder of the KKK was a man named (big shock) Ben Cameron, and the film was semi-endorsed by President Woodrow Wilson. Moon also states that the Klan’s emblem was identical to a symbol revered by both the Montauketts and Crowley’s gang.
“The book I read further stated that the Klan decided to put ‘meaningless occult symbols’ on their garments. This is a whitewash if ever their[sic] was one. One has to wonder if the writer was personally deluded, deliberately misleading or just making up his own mind.”
Pot, meet kettle. I’m sure you’ll get along nicely.
“The Klan was obviously using magic for its own purposes. The inner meanings were for initiates only.”
Obviously. The name synchronicities continue;
“All of this took on an even more profound meaning when I received a letter from a woman who said that her mother knew both Ewen Cameron, once the head of the CIA’s MK-Ultra mind control project, and also Alexander Duncan Cameron Sr., the father of the same Duncan Cameron featured in ‘The Montauk Project’.
Well, well, we finally have a link between the Montauk Project and MKUltra. So it turns out that my previous hypothesis was incorrect, and in reality Ewen Cameron is Martin Brenner.
“Ewen Cameron has been written up in several un-biased books as one of the most evil monsters to inhabit the corridors of the noble profession of psychiatry. His systematic torture of patients through what he called ‘psychic driving’ is well documented. It is well documented. It is a system whereby one’s own words, particularly of a traumatic content, are repeated over and over on a tape loop which plays continuously on a tape recorder. Combined with various forms of mental stress and deprivation, psychic driving is designed to make one totally lose one’s marbles. This aspect of Cameron’s work was done in conjunction with the CIA. Most of it took place at the Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, Canada, where he employed many former Nazis. The CIA settled out of court with several people who were tortured by Cameron while he was working under the auspices of the agency.”
Fascinating, but then the woman who’s giving Moon all of this information drops a massive bombshell on us;
“She also told me that her mother had very esoteric understandings about time travel and had mothered a child with Ewen Cameron.”
Oh yeah, Season 2 theorists rejoice. You might want to hedge your bets on this side. Moon comes into contact with this woman who is described as lucid, but suffering from PTSD (interestingly, Moon specifically says he expected her to be "near-catatonic, and stuck between this dimension and another" ). She reveals the following;
“Her birth was carefully planned, and she was considered to be reincarnation of Innana, the Sumerian goddess…. Anna’s family is of pure Aryan lineage and is traceable beyond Germany.”
….Okay. So apparently the ancient Sumerian Aryans were “enlightened and positive”, but became corrupt, and infiltrated every secret organization on Earth; the Knights Templar, the Illuminati, the Freemasons and everything else. These people are called “the Controllers”. Cameron was one of these people and believed that she was the incarnation of Innana, whose energy he could harness as power. To guarantee this, the Cameron lineage was kept pure since the beginning of time all in order to establish a New World Order composed of Aryans. He may have also been involved with sending Rudolf Hess traveling through time and met with John F. Kennedy’s parents.
“At affairs like these, Ewen would put on a show. Women from various programs would attend to the men’s sexual desires. Ewen would arrange sexual partners and engage in what could perhaps be best described as the perverted occultism of the rich and powerful.”
Well, now we know where Jack got the urge to go on his infamous sexual endeavors from.
“Anna was personally quite traumatized by her association with Ewen Cameron. Consequently she began to study psychology to understand his pathology. She says he was overtly homophobic but also a latent homosexual. He amused himself by brutalizing young men as well as women. Ewen was well aware that Anna hated him, but he was gleeful about this because he knew no one would ever believe her over him.”
Charming. Anna then describes that the intent of these Controllers was to afflict their subjects with Multiple Personality Disorder, with one personality serving as the blank, programmable one and the other acting as a cover.
“Studies on MPD show that these individuals have an IQ above the normal range, a great amount of creativity and above average psychic abilities. It is also true that if you split a personality, the pineal gland will activate and the person can become psychic. The element of possession also comes into play as one is prone to pulling in exterior forces when being tortured. These forces will usually manifest as a beast of demon. Once MPD is achieved, further programming can be achieved by what is now known as Stockholm syndrome. This is when a victim bonds with his or her captor or controller.”
That explains why the Demogorgon was attracted to Eleven. Anna also participated in out-of-body experiences and time travel as well. She also has scars on her lungs identical to that of Duncan Cameron, and the chapter ends claiming that Ewen Cameron’s death was faked and he worked for a foreign intelligence agency and Hubbard was a goddamn hero for calling him out on his horribleness and of course, lots of sex magick was involved. In Chapter 4… wait a minute. I just realized that Moon completely forgot to actually talk about the child in question. Seriously, he mentioned her (I’m going to assume she’s a girl for obvious reasons) twice and then never spoke of her again, instead electing to focus on her mother and his favorite subject; sex magick. Maybe Chapter 4 will explain this? Eh… not really. It basically states that the Camerons’ genetics give them a greater ability to travel between dimensions. Moon speaks with two Celtic shamans named Cameron who elaborate on this. Chapter 5 talks about the “Kennedy Connection”. A friend of Moon’s named Claudette says that she was raped by a German scientist who was connected to the Nazis in the 1950s, and ended up marrying him due to the social mores against giving birth while unwed. He frequently disappeared when they went to Montauk on vacation. Also;
“The most bizarre story she had to tell was this German scientist’s dealings with the late Robert F. Kennedy. She said that while Kennedy was Attorney General, he would sometimes visit their house Queens. He always showed up in a limousine. The driver would wait outside while Booby came in the house. These visits were typified by her husband retrieving LSD sugar cubes from the refrigerator which he and Booby would consume and go ‘tripping’.
Ah, the good old days, when the Attorney General could go off to trip out with a Nazi rapist and no one would care. Now it’s all “Russian collaboration” this and “Election hacking” that. Moon then goes off on a bizarre tangent when he claims that JFK Jr. was bisexual. He spends a large amount of writing trying to prove this and comes to the conclusion that the only thing that connects this to the Project is that JFK Jr. rented a house next to Camp Hero. Also;
“Arnold Schwarzenegger, the poster boy of Aryan genetics also married into the Kennedy clan. He is the star of ‘Total Recall’, a movie that used a device similar to the Montauk Chair as its main theme. His psychic signature has literally been blasted over America’s air waves by nature of his tremendous stardom.”
Uh-huh. I have no idea why Moon is so obsessed with linking Total Recall to Montauk, but let's just move on. Moon then describes how Joseph Kennedy Sr. had pro-Nazi leanings in the 1930s and appointed a Nazi sympathizer named Tyler Kent to manage confidential telegrams between Churchill, Kennedy and Roosevelt. Scotland Yard ultimately arrested Kent when they found that he was hiding telegrams in his apartment and Kennedy disavowed connection to him. Finally, a Scottish genealogy book ended up genetically linking the Kennedys to the Camerons.
“This book said that both families trace their roots to the Scottish Isle of Skye, the isle of witches. Perhaps the Kennedy mystique of Camelot is real magick at work and not just a media illusion. All of you know that if JFK Jr. was ever nominated for president, he would be elected on the female vote alone. There is also a frenzy people feel about electing a Kennedy. It is magick.”
This book…. Chapter 6 discusses the Teutonics. It essentially claims that the Teutonics were involved with Egypt due to similarities between Norse and Egyptian mythology. The Vikings tapped into magical powers via runes as well, and the Nazis continued this belief. This is because the Celtic and German people have a sort of sacredness in their blood. Hitler was able to harness this old pagan power that was suppressed by the “ruling clergy” to convince the country to go to war. Chapter 7 talks about Lion Gardiner. He was a part of the Dutch “House of Orange” and had “royal blood”. In addition, every European king traced back to the Sumerian “gods” (aka aliens) who mated with human women, hence their special bloodline. There’s a brief history about the House of Orange that I’ll skip over for the sake of brevity. Chapter 8 covers some of Gardiner’s escapades on Long Island. In 1658 a guy named Samuel Parsons visited his friend’s wife Elizabeth Howell. She handed her newborn baby over to Parsons, started singing a Psalm, and started screaming about a witch, as one does. When her dad Gardiner came over she stated that she saw a “black thing” at the foot of her bed. She clarified that this thing was a shadow or something conjured by the Gardiners’ servant Goody Garlick. Over time, Elizabeth began to fall seriously ill and continued to claim that Garlick was bewitching her with pins. Eventually she died, and Garlick was put on trial for witchcraft. The “evidence” was that she dispensed herbs, owned a black cat, acted as a wet nurse for children and used “counter-magic” to help Gardiner with his animals. She was defended by her husband and Gardiner himself, and managed to get her off. This apparently heralded in “an era of black magic practices on Long Island which still exist to the present day.” Chapter 7 is titled “Project Paperclip and the Hamills”. The former was an Allied plan to save Nazi scientists and war criminals for their own use, and the latter was the family of a Muppet Show guest.
“Since I have known Preston, people close to him have disputed his contention that he even knew Mark Hamill. I have asked Preston’s father about this. He remembers Mark as a young boy who cleaned up leaves from their backyard.”
…..No, I’m still not convinced; you’re going to need more than that. Regardless, multiple people claiming to have a connection to Hamill have contacted Moon, but most of them disappeared shortly thereafter. In 1992, Nichols ran into Hamill in a Long Island mall, and that actor mentioned that he was prohibited from speaking to Moon. He also said that he was working on a sequel to the Philadelphia Experiment movie that was backed by the government.
“When the movie was released, Doug Curtis was listed on the credits and, lo and behold, the Executive Producer was a man by the name of Mark Levinson. This seems to be an obvious play on the name ‘Mark’ and the ‘Levinson time equations’ mentioned in ‘The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time’. It was as if Mark was rubbing it in our faces.”
Okay, this I can believe.
“Shortly after this time period, it was reported on ‘CBS This Morning’ that when virtually all the homes in a section of Malibu burned during the brush fires, Mark Hamill’s house was miraculously saved. He appeared for a brief minute or two and said he did an occult Indian ritual which preserved his house.”
Alrighty then. Also, seeing as how Hamill looked rather different in later years due to plastic surgery from a car accident, Moon begins to speculate that the Mark hanging around now is actually a body double. Moon points out that this accident did occur while the Montauk Project was in full swing. He then starts saying that Mark’s father was a Lt. Col. James Hamill who was an integral part of Operation Paperclip, specifically the acquisition of the V-2 rocket team. The “evidence” for this is that Mark’s father was stated to work in Navy intelligence and the Lt. Col. Hamill looked much like him and was old enough to be his father. This segways into the next chapter. So Moon was contacted by the German publisher of his books, Jan von Helsing. Von Helsing claimed that he was born psychic “from a mother who could read spirits” and his father was involved in psychic research. Despite this, he didn’t care much for the paranormal and became involved with the “punk rock music scene”, until a skinhead of all people told him that he saw Helsing’s aura and that his “crown chakra was not function properly”. This bizarrely helpful skinhead convinced Helsing to stop taking drugs alcohol and, um… meat, which somehow resulted in him falling into a one and a half week coma, during which he saw visions of “pyramids and domed houses.” Later, he met an aura reader, who claimed that Helsing was involved in time travel, and a part of his soul is stuck in another time. He then went on to meet Cameron’s half-brother Al Bielek who informed him that he was one of only eighteen people on the planet who had a “triple aura”, all of whom came from another universe as it was being destroyed. Their souls or whatever emerged to begin a rebirth and rebuilding process. According to Helsing, himself, Bielek, Cameron, Nichols, Moon and of course Mark Hamill are part of this special group. Cameron added that people have seven layers of information that manifest in a double lattice structure. People with triple auras have three of these things. Anyway;
“The idea that triple aura individuals come from another universe is paralleled in Duncan’s own readings. Duncan sometimes referred to 637 people who came in from the Old Universe. There is an even further synchronicity at work here because Duncan’s psychic memories parallel the Star Wars movies almost to a tee.”
Oh, we’re back to this.
“There is a lot more information yet to come forth with regard to the whole subject of Star Wars. Preston Nichols was involved with the sound production and has publicly claimed in lectures that psychics were used to project into the filming so that people would come and see the movie several times.”
“The Star Wars series itself was based upon George Lucas’s ‘Journal of the Will’. Although it has not been publically released, this journal contained the dreams and inspirations of Lucas, a man who is reported to have lived at Montauk. The use of the word ‘will’ is a distinct parallel to Aleister Crowley’s concept of the will. When one unleashes the will, whether is through George Lucas or any other individual, the truth has a way of coming forth. The truth we are concerned about, lest anybody wonder, is unlocking the secrets of time.”
“It seems clear that both Duncan and George Lucas were pulling from the same source. When we consider that Mark Hamill was once a roommate of Duncan, a childhood friend of Preston, and eventually became the brother-in-law of George Lucas, there is less room for speculation. There was an active but unseen influence working on all of them. It seems that Hamill, Lucas and Preston (who worked as a sound engineer for these movies) all contributed to remind the population at large of its ancient legacy and predicament.”
I….I’m at a complete loss for words right now, so let’s just move on. Chapter 11 is just a long description about how secret societies and the government are suppressing Helsing’s work which has something to do with the Aryans and the Jews and I don’t know let’s keep moving. Chapter 12 starts off by claiming that Steven Spielberg is involved in this whole mess too due to making Raiders of the Lost Ark and Close Encounters of the Third Kind which revealed some of the truth about Nazis and aliens, respectively. Apparently a couple of people gave him copies of the first book. What follows is a colossal amount of horseshit over the course of several chapters that will try to break down here; *Dr. Felix Kersten was the personal doctor of SS commander Heinrich Himmler, who in fact did not want to actually murder every single Jewish person on Earth, and is essentially portrayed as a somewhat sympathetic figure instead of the utter fucking monster he was. *Hitler suffered from syphilis and his mental state was decaying rapidly, and was constantly being shot up with drugs by a “Dr. Morell”. *There was an art dealer who looked exactly like Hitler who was involved with Montauk in the 1960s and the Soviets might have covered up his escape. Also, Hitler might have had literal clones made of him. *Otto Skorzeny was a complete badass and managed to find a hidden Cathar treasure and later went on his own adventures after the war. *The Kaaba in Mecca was part of the Great Pyramid’s original capstone and was given to Abraham by Tahuti, Muhammad derived his “power” from the Great Pyramid as a result and was nurtured and supported by “the Goddess”, Allah is apparently more feminine than masculine in reality. *The Cameron family is literally the lineage of Christ. Also, Montauk was part of Thule, which was the capital of the mythical land of Hyperborea (“That’s what the Greeks called Iceland, you know”). Thule itself was the source of all life on Earth. Seeing as how the Earth geometrically forms out a void, Thule is the center of this void and is thus the titular “Black Sun”. Also, “SS” does not stand for Schutzstaffel, but instead it stands for Schwarze Sonne, meaning “Black Sun”. Thulium is also a “psychic gas”, which aliens require in order to survive on Earth. A whole bunch of “Thulists” met at an Artic base called Point 103 in 1945 to get in telepathic contact with a mystical source “at the center of positive forces on the planets”, called the “Manisolas” which are bio-machines that are manifestations of the morphogenetic grid. *Vrihl is still in play and is described as a magical force “set in motion by orgasm for the purpose of invoking beings from the ‘Outside’”. These beings are called the “Onoma”, the “deepest archetypes of the subconscious and are said to be the keys to evoking the Elder Gods or Forgotten Ones”, which in turn inspired H. P. Lovecraft. The Nazis tried to use it for this purpose meaning that this book is seriously claiming that the Third Reich tried to summon the Demogorgon from the Upside-Down. I’m not quite sure what to feel about that. Also, they used Vril to make flying saucers Putting the brakes on, we arrive at Chapter 22. So the guy in charge of the Nazi Vril project, Dr. Viktor Schauberger, fled to America after the war and was recruited by Brookhaven National Laboratory. There, he created the Cosmotron, a large particle accelerator. However, when he found out that his supervisors were planning on using it to manipulate the grid, he managed to break out of his contract and returned to Germany, where he died a few days later. Speaking of which, Chapter 23 goes into more detail about the Nazi flight from Germany after the war. So essentially the I.G. Farben Corporation worked to move scientists, equipment and money to neutral countries. Farben was responsible for providing the Zyklon B gas for the concentration camps and future Pope John Paul II sold it for them in his youth. The United States government gave them support before the war in exchange for chemical warfare research, but they were investigated after the war. One of the members of Farben was a man named Leo T. Crowley who also running the FDIC and was in charge of all enemy property confiscated during the war. Regardless, the investigation ruined Farber.
“Today, I. G. Farben exists but only as a shadow of its former self. That it survives at all is puzzling. I can only guess that it is some sort of weird PR ploy whereby holocaust victims can make claims against it. Perhaps the real goal is to simply haunt the Jews. On the other hand, there may be latent hopes to rekindle the company under the rise of a new Reich.”
…..Sure. Oh, and also an SS General named Reinhard Gehlen helped form the CIA and staffed it with some former SS agents. Chapter 24 talks about the Nazi shenanigans in Antarctica. So apparently Hitler decided that Antarctic would be a great place for a secret base called “Neuschwabenland” and sent a navy detachment down there in 1938. This is where the Spear of Destiny was hidden after the war and there might be a Nazi UFO base down there guarding the entrance to the Hollow Earth. Chapter 25 continues an investigation of the National Archives, which revealed that the OSS went to Tibet for reconnaissance purposes that ended up with the agents giving the Tibetans a large radio transmitter. Apparently the trip was actually meant to find traces of the prior Nazi expedition, which segways into Chapter 26. These expeditions were led by a Dr. Ernst Schafer of the Ahnenerbe for studying the Tibetan political and religious practices, specifically their sexual practices.
“On his expeditions, Tibetans were filmed having intimate sex in public, the pictures of which included a fifteen year old girl masturbating in public on a bridge beam.”
And you thought Jonathan Byers was a mildly creepy voyeur. Anyway, the Tibetans handed over their 108-volume sacred script to the Nazis, which were later taken by the Soviets. Chapter 27 then claims that five days before Hitler “allegedly” shot himself, the Soviets found six Tibetans lying dead in a ritual circle in the cellar of a Berlin building, one of which was wearing green gloves. Apparently this guy advised Hitler for whatever reason, along with a whole bunch of other occultists. Chapter 28 expands on this by stating that the Bon religion is based on the Black Sun and the mysterious “Goddess”. Moon then proceeds to bash Buddhism for a bit, claiming that it was based upon a patriarchal system. Also, Shangri La is a real thing. There’s a whole discussion about the Bon magick that continues through Chapter 29. Chapter 30 discusses the Shensi Pyramids again, and the Nazi expeditions to Tibet to retrieve magical tablets that would teach them how to obtain a “powerful consciousness”, and had a mining operation meant to dig up a substance vital to this goal. Chapter 31 confirms that the Nazis did indeed go looking for the Ark of the Covenant and the Holy Grail, just like in Indiana Jones. The Romans seized them at first from the Middle East, before the Visigoths took them in the Sack of Rome, and taken to a cave where they were rediscovered by Otto Skorzeny’s commandos. Some of the treasure was dumped in a salt mine and the rest went to Himmler. Somehow the Ark ended up in Ethopia. Chapter 32 talks a bit about magical “White Gold and Occultum”, which was contained in the Ark. Chapter 33 expands on this by claiming that an alien “Blue Race” produced royal bloodlines. Chapter 34 describes Napoleon’s life a bit and states that he used Occultum, which was found in mummies. Chapter 35 talks about Crowley some more and his contact with an entity called LAM, which is linked to the blueprint room Moon mentioned in the previous book.
“Magicians in the past have referred to that blueprint room as R’lyeh, a region which contains the sleeping or hidden god Cthulu… All of the gods within R’lyeh are known as the Forgotten Ones which is another name for the Elder Gods or Elder Race. This can be extended as well to the Blue Race.”
So Lovecraft was right all along, who knew? Also, Atlantis relied upon an addiction to a phosphorus substance called “Zro”, which allowed them to achieve a higher state of being. Finally, we reach the Epilogue which matter-of-factly states that Prescott Bush, (the father of President George Bush Sr.) literally stole Geronimo’s skull with the Skull and Bones society. Why? So they could eat the residual Occultum residing in the bones of course! This practice apparently continued at Montauk. Moon ends the book with one final exclamation that the Black Sun is the source of creation;
“Today, it has come into full view for the world to see. The powers of creation can be accessed by any free soul who wishes to reach for them. The Black Sun is alive and kicking and is no longer reserved for those who would perpetrate evil against man or life. It breathes the fire of life and love. It is the hidden god, Mon, talking. In this sense, it is also the ultimate synchronicity in terms of puns. It is MON-TALK!”
And with that God-awful pun out of the way, Moon presents one final Author’s Note warning the readers to stay away from people claiming to sell white gold, with one guy in particular managing to scam a whopping ten thousand idiots.
“New Age people are now being targeted for all sorts of scams, particularly in the financial arena. As the Romans used to say ‘Caveat emptor’(buyer beware).

Seven celebrity artists choose a non-celebrity partner from a selection of people who submit performances to perform a duet of their choice. Each pair is given exactly 4 minutes to perform and earn votes from the 500 live voters in the audience and the celebrity panel. The order is selected by the current first place duo, and with the exception of the pilot episodes, the winner of the previous episode chooses the first performance. The voting results are shown directly on the screen behind the performers, and at the end of all the performances, the duo with the highest vote count is the winner for the episode. The winners are invited back to the show for the next episode, and another duo is chosen for "The Duet You Want To See Again" by the audience to be revived for the next episode as well.
